Two fish restaurants, one philosophy.
At Cormorano you will find a cuisine that aims for excellence and is characterized by fresh and refined flavours, where fish is the absolute protagonist
The first Il Cormorano restaurant was born in 1977 in Milan in Piazza XXV Aprile, from the love for good food that binds the Serra family.
In a short time, Il Cormorano has become a renowned meeting point for artists and readers.
The rapid and continuous transformation of Milan is also noticeable in restaurants: in 2015 the Serra family understood the potential of the Isola neighbourhood, area a stone’s throw from the suggestive Piazza Gae Aulenti and decides to move.
In 2022 a second Cormorano was born, along the historic and elegant Corso Sempione.

Our fish restaurant offers contemporary cuisine, rich in flavors and raw materials. Located in the center of the Isola district of Milan, the Cormorano hosts customers in its particular and welcoming location.
